News of the Weird

After hearing about the Libyan leader Gaddafi's bizarre address to the UN this week, I am at a loss for understanding of how some people actually get to be in charge of anything. I don't think this guy be in charge of a house plant let alone a country. But c'est la vie (such is life). Anyway, here is an article regarding Gaddafi's newest idea for Switzerland.
